• Check CBC and Liver Panel two weeks before admission to the detox.
• Check testosterone level on males two weeks before admission to the detox.
  Males with low testosterone may be asked to take Axiron before they come in.
• The patient must be on a short acting opioid (i.e. heroin, oxycodone, hydrocodone).  If on Suboxone he/she must be down to 2 mg total dose per day.
• Do drug screen
• Physical exam
